Turck IM12/IMX12 Interface Devices

Introducing the Turck IM12 & IMX12 interface device series, a new generation of certified isolated barriers for use in hazardous areas. These devices are used to protect, isolate and convert electrical signals and connect them into controllers or remote I/O. Key features include a state-of-the-art design, including more high channel density than previous Turck solutions, ensuring a smaller footprint. Plus, a power rail reduces wiring and ensures easy installation. Featuring slim 12.5mm housings, the hazardous area isolated barriers and ex-analog signal isolators offer the highest signal density on the market.

The IM12 product series is ideal for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as other manufacturing applications such as temperature monitoring, fluid treatment or speed monitoring. The incredible speed, accuracy and flexibility of the IMX12 devices also makes them well suited for process automation applications including oil/gas, chemical, and pharmaceutical. The isolating switching amplifiers offer a maximum switching frequency of up to 15,000 Hz.
