Rittal Push - In Connector Clamp for Busbar

Rittal has launched a new generation of maintenance-free, conductor connection clamps using push-in technology. Wires and cables connected the conventional way with screw clamps or fixed conductor connection clamps can be time-consuming to install. For connecting wires and cables to copper busbars, Rittal has developed the simplest and most secure connection clamp ever.

Push-in clamps offer quick and easy snap-on connection to the busbar. The stripped end of the cable is simply pushed into the clamping space. The clamp is attached and the connection is active.

FEATURES
  • Tool-free conductor connection
  • Maintenance-free
  • Large clamping range of cables
  • Fully insulated clamp that can be labeled with standard marking systems
  • Optimal contact ensured by breaking the oxide layer

Phoenix Contact IE Power Supplies Trio Power Supply Flash

The space-saving design of TRIO POWER power supplies are highly cost-effective and offer maximum flexibility. Tool-free, push-in connections and their slim design make quick installation possible. Its robust design allows for a high electrical strength of single-phase devices up to 300 V AC, error-free function of the three-phase modules, even in the event of one phase failing permanently. TRIO POWER also features high vibration and shock resistance and a high MTBF.

The newest additions to the TRIO power supply family feature the same space-saving design, yet are tailored to fit even more of the high requirements in this field. The power supply units ensure the reliable supply of all loads with even more output voltage and current ratings available. The TRIO family also now features a power supply specifically for applications that require NEC Class 2 certification, as well as optimized versions for use on the ship’s bridge.

FEATURES
  • Reliable starting for heavy loads, with the dynamic power reserve of 150 percent the nominal current for max 5s.
  • Power supplies meet the needs of various approvals and ratings
  • Temperature range: -25 to +70°C
  • Input for AC and DC voltage
  • Comprehensive approval package

The TRIO POWER power supply range with Push-in Technology connection has been perfected for use in shipbuilding. All functions and the space-saving design of the single- and three-phase modules are optimally tailored to the stringent requirements. Under challenging ambient conditions, the power supply units, which feature an extremely robust electrical and mechanical design, ensure the reliable supply of all loads.

Banner Engineering R-GAGE Q240 Series Radar Sensor

Banner Engineering's new extended range models of the R-GAGE™ Q240 Series Radar Sensor feature a long 100 meter range complemented by a very narrow beam pattern. The new models are available with an analog and a discrete output or dual discrete outputs.

FEATURES
  • Narrow sensing beam detects distant targets without detecting adjacent objects.
  • Extended detection range enables earlier detection of targets traveling at higher speeds where response times can be critical.
  • Analog output models are capable of providing location information and can be used to track objects.
  • Performs reliably in extreme weather conditions that challenge laser scanners and similar solutions: sensing functions are unaffected by wind, falling rain or snow, fog, humidity, temperature, or light.

Carlo Gavazzi DTA04 Motor Thermistor Relay

Carlo Gavazzi proudly announces the launch of their latest motor thermistor relay in a compact, DIN-rail mount housing. The DTA04 features universal input voltage, giving it flexibility to be installed in a variety of control panels. This is a DIN rail mounted thermistor relay whose main purpose is to protect electric motors from overheating, ensuring continuous production and preventing machine downtime.

Simplicity, versatility, and reliability are crucial as you select monitoring controls to protect motors and equipment. The DTA04 meets these criteria with key features that include an operational mode that can be configured as Auto or Manual reset, giving you the ability to select the option that best suits their requirements. The universal input voltage and multiple NEMA B300 relay outputs also provide you with the options you require.

The DTA04 gives Carlo Gavazzi more thermistor relay housing options than any other manufacturer, to meet more motor protection applications. The DTA04 conforms to global standards such as UL 508, CSA C22.2 and EN 60255-6, and can be used globally in all applications/markets where motors are used and overloads are frequent that may cause motor damage, such as pumping stations, water treatment, conveyors, material handling, HVAC, chillers, and others.

FEATURES
  • Compact 22.5mm wide DIN rail mount housing
  • Universal power supply from 24 to 240V AC/DC
  • 2 Normally Open relay outputs NEMA B300 8A @ 250 VAC
  • Multi-color alarm LED indicates alarm trigger
  • Auto or manual reset configurable
  • Fast reaction time of < 500ms
