Honeywell has expanded its Hall-effect sensor portfolio with the new Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Digital Sensor ICs that promote energy efficiency and provide ultra-low power sensing with significantly lower noise emissions. Subminiature SOT-23 packaging helps minimize PC board space, part count, and cost for the entire application. They are designed for a wide variety of high-volume, cost-sensitive battery-operated applications including motion control, lid closure detection, presence-absence, metering, and displacement sensing.
