Banner Engineering Q45CT & Q45DT Current and Temperature Sensors

Banner Engineering introduces two additional Wireless Q45 models, broadening the family of sensors compatible with Banner’s wireless network. A current transformer and a dual temperature probe expand the Q45 family and monitor a new class of applications. Each Q45 sensor includes Banner’s reliable, field-proven wireless architecture, eliminating the need to order multiple components.

• Q45CT Current Transformer Node is an industrial-grade battery-powered device with two transformers for a high or low current input that produces a proportional signal for measuring and monitoring power usage.
• Q45DT Dual Thermistor Sensor Probe tracks values from separate thermistors and the differential between them.
• All five sensors in the Q45 series are compatible with Banner’s SmartSolutions Expansion Kit.
• Banner's predictive maintenance solution allows asset and process managers to expand monitoring systems by adding up to 40 sensors.
• The kit gathers data from any point in production and helps handle challenges via online dashboard and visualization tools, allowing users to analyze machine performance over time and make better-informed decisions.
