Phoenix Contact releases the PPS COMPACT, an expansion of the TOOL fox product line. This low-priced bench top DIN rail cutter is designed for NS 35/7.5 aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel, and NS 35/15 aluminum, steel, and copper, perforated or unperforated DIN rails. The new cutter is compact, lightweight, and adaptable. It can be secured on any flat workbench or surface via screws for permanent or via the clamp for temporary placement.

Phoenix Contact continues the expansion of the TOOL fox product line with the release of the Crimpfox 10T-F 10, crimping pliers for front entry. When used with Phoenix Contact ferrules, it offers UL 486F with a trapezoidal crimp profile. The ferrule crimper has an open die station for 26 - 8 AWG single ferrules, or 2x20 - 2x12 AWG twin ferrules. The die enables front entry for working inside a cabinet and will crimp barrel lengths up to 18 mm. The Crimpfox family is ergonomically designed and robust. It is made of solid construction and features handles with a non-slip pressure pad.

With the CMS 700i, Leuze electronic is bringing a new 3D contour measurement system to market. It is based on the CML 730i measuring light curtains and can be adapted to specific application requirements.
The CMS 700i measures the contour and position of passing objects regardless of their shape and surface structure. Even flat objects such as polybags can be precisely and economically measured without a complicated camera installation. The minimum dimensions for height, width and length are 5 x 50 x 50 mm3. The object information can be used to optimize the load on a pallet or incoming goods. Distortion or protrusion of the object is reliably detected, reducing problems or downtime when warehousing automatically. The CMS 700i thus increases the availability and cost effectiveness of the system. With the intuitive WebConfig, commissioning and remote maintenance can be performed easily.
The complete system includes all components, the switch cabinet, fastening elements and connection technology in a single part number. Component replacement can be accomplished efficiently and easily, which saves you time and money.
The Ethernet TCP/IP or PROFINET interface ensures speedy integration of the 3D contour measurement system. The system can collect peripheral data, e.g., from scales or bar code scanners, via an open Ethernet interface and pass it on with a time stamp. The CMS 700i can be freely combined with additional functions and is suitable for both new and existing systems in the area of intralogistics.

SMC Corporation of America's PSE300A is a sensor monitor with an informative, easy to read 3 screen, 3 color display. Connect any PSE series remote pressure sensor to acquire its analog input. Alternately, the range input function can scale any 1-5V or 4-20mA signal from another sensor type to a display value from -1500 to 1500. View the sensor's measured value on the main screen, while also viewing a variety of secondary data on the sub-screens, including switch set point value, level meter, character string for labeling and more. A copy function allows master settings to be applied to up to 10 target sensors.
