Harting has announced that they will be phasing out their harbus® HM+ product line. Offered as a Surface Mount Compatible, solder termination version of their popular HM female connectors, this product is being phased out because of limited customer demand. Last order date is the 31st of May 2009.
The Affected Part Numbers are:
172* *** 1801 (HM 5-row PIHR versions of Type A, B, AB unshielded)
172* *** 1802 (HM 5-row PIHR versions of Type A, B, AB shielded)
173* *** 1801 (HM 5-row PIHR versions of Type C unshielded)
173* *** 1802 (HM 5-row PIHR versions of Type C shielded)
This product group is shown in their current “Coaxial and Metric Connectors” Catalog, chapter 01.
Please note that this phase out has no impact on their standard 2.0mm HM 5 row press-in versions nor the 6 row PIHR versions.
