SMC Corporation of America HRL Thermo-Chiller for Lasers
SMC Corporation of America's HRL is a temperature control device featuring two independent cooling channels in one package. This thermo-chiller is designed to cool the optical head and oscillator of a laser processing system. Considerable space savings can be realized compared to a two chiller solution.
All operations can be managed from a single touch panel. A triple inverter controls power consumption of the fan, pump, and compressor for optimal energy savings. The heating function uses waste heat from the refrigerant discharge instead of a separate electric heater to improve efficiency and reliability. The HRL is copper free and suitable for DI water, including a DI filter and electrical conductivity control kit. Additional standard features include a 5µm particle filter, earth leakage breaker, and casters for mobility.
- Cooling capacity: CH1= 9, 19 or 26kW; CH2= 1kW
- Power Supply: 200VAC/50 Hz or 200-230VAC/60 Hz, 3-phase
- Temperature set range: CH1= 15 to 25°C, CH2= 20 to 40°C
- Temperature stability: CH1= ±0.1°C, CH2= ±0.5°C
- Refrigerant: R410A

Banner Engineering WLB72 Inspection LED Light Bars
The Banner Engineering WLB72 Inspection is a high-efficacy task light used for industrial work areas. It is simple to install, can be cascaded, and comes fully assembled. The bright, uniform output of the WLB72 reduces shadows, improves visibility, and gives workers the light they need to work efficiently and without making mistakes. While diffuse-even light can hide objects, the focused beam of the WLB72 enables workers to see contrast. The bright, focused white light of the WLB72 Inspection improves worker productivity and has a low cost of ownership.
Energy-Efficient, Cost-Effective Design
The WLB72 Inspection has powder-coat finish for increased durability. It is ideal for industrial applications because it is rated for shock and vibration. The WLB72 comes fully assembled for faster installation and lower shipping costs. Dimming improves surface detection and allows for ease of the eyes. The WLB72 Inspection product is designed specifically for use in paint and surface inspection tunnels in motor vehicle, construction machinery, and aerospace manufacturing.
Quick and Easy Installation
All models of the WLB72 Series are cascadable, simplifying installation and wiring for additional ease-of-use. The WLB72 Inspection allows for fast installation with multiple integrated mounting options or accessory brackets. It is a durable light with a metal housing and shatter-resistant window, and is rated for use at 120VAC to 277VAC.
Applications
WLB72 Inspection lights are ideal in industries that require uniform illumination, such as automotive, material handling, and general manufacturing. These bright lights improve safety, productivity, and quality in a wide variety of applications, including:
- Assembly line inspection for surface inspection
- Offline inspection stations
- Inspection lighting

SMC Corporation of America AC-D Modular FRL Units
SMC Corporation of America introduces their AC20, 30, 40-D series of modular filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL) units. The -D series builds upon the popular AC FRL units, offering a number of improvements, including:
- Flat Profile - All components share flat, level surfaces with uniform edges for a consistent look.
- Regulator Handle Ergonomics - The regulator handles for the AR and AW series have added a finger hold and anti-slip profile to improve ergonomics.
- Transparent Open/Close Window - Built-in square type pressure gauges for the AR and AW series now have a transparent window that allows for easier indicator adjustment without removing the pressure gauge cover.
- More Attachment Options - A T-spacer pressure switch, an L-shaped piping adapter, and a combination of the two attachments are available.
- Consistent Mounting - The AC-D series incorporates the same width and mounting manner as the existing models, allowing easy installation of upgraded equipment.
- The VHS-D series pressure release 3-point valves have been redesigned to match the appearance of the AC-D series.
The AC-D series preserves some of the same features as the existing model, including a transparent, two-layer PC bowl for improved environmental resistance and a one-piece element and bowl for easy replacement.

Banner Engineering DQ12 Miniature Photoelectric Sensors
The DQ12 from Banner Engineering is a miniature, cost-effective solution for applications in space-constrained environments. The sensor features LED status indicators for power on, signal received, and marginal signal. In addition, fixed field models are now resistant to ambient light interference, for example from energy-efficient lights.
Increased Sensing Range with New LED Technology
The DQ12 is available in opposed mode, fixed-field, polarized retroreflective, and non-polarized retroreflective modes. They all deliver powerful sensing performance in tight spaces. Opposed-mode and retroreflective models feature increased sensing range for greater application distances, or higher reliability due to increased light output. The excess gain and other performance specifications are very similar to the Q12 Series. The DQ12 sensor's compact 8 mm (0.31 in) housing can fit almost anywhere.
OEM-Friendly Black Housing with Highly Visible Product Markings
The DQ12 is rated IP67 for use in a wide range of locations and applications. The sensor features an over-molded housing with highly visible pad printing for enhanced durability. It mounts directly or inside manufacturing equipment, with robust, metal-lined mounting holes consistently located on all models. The DQ12 sensor is also available in Light Operate (L.O.) or Dark Operate (D.O.), bipolar or complementary outputs, with a full range of cable and connectors depending on the model.
