Phoenix Contact MINI V8 Adapter for MINI Signal Conditioners
Why run 16 wires to your PLC when you can run one cable?
The MINI V8 adapter
• Reduces discrete wiring and installation time by more than 67 percent
• Uses pre-made cables to eliminate wiring errors
• Quickly deploys the highest density signal conditioning system in the market
MINI V8 together with VARIOFACE cabling saves time
At a slim 6.2mm, signal conditioners isolate, amplify and convert your analog signals and work on top of a T-Bus system. T-Bus allows you to remove individual signal conditioners without disrupting your entire process-saving you costly downtime.
Now the easily adaptable MINI V8 can be work together with the slim design of mini signal conditioners and flexibility of T-Bus. The new MINI V8 easily integrates with MINI analog signal conditioners. Replacing the wires with the V8 adapter lowers your installation costs as well as installation time. No longer will you have to take unnecessary time to cut, strip, run, bundle, and verify every single conductor from your signal conditioners to our controllers.

Phoenix Contact FLASHTRAB compact Surge Protection
Phoenix Contact's FLASHTRAB compact is a pluggable surge protection combination in acc. with EN type 1 and 2, consisting of lightning current arresters that are all encapsulated and pluggable, as well as pluggable surge arresters. The direct parallel wiring of both arrester types is based on the proven AEC (Active Energy Control) principle. All the arresters work autonomously and in this way attain maximum performance.
One big advantage is the pluggability of the arresters. In the case of an unexpected overload as a result of extreme lightning strikes, for example, the plug affected can be replaced at little expense. Coded slots make the handling of FLASHTRAB compact child's play and it is impossible to mix up the arresters or plug them in incorrectly.

Phoenix Contact Checkmaster Mobile Test Lab
The question of whether or not the surge voltage arresters in use are still functioning is no longer a worry in the case of the pluggable arresters from Phoenix Contact. With the new CHECKMASTER, testing these modules is now possible at any time, directly on site.
Most TRABTECH products have a barcode. The integrated barcode scanner of the CHECKMASTER thus allows you to recognize the protective device to be tested fast and accurately.
Check your surge voltage arresters at regular intervals to guarantee that they are in perfect working order and to protect against "nasty surprises". The VdS lightning protection directive and the DIN V VDE V 0185 - Part 3 also recommend that lightning protection systems be tested at regular intervals.
To provide a permanent record, CHECKMASTER has an RS-232/C, V-24 interface to which a PC or printer can be connected. The test results of the individual arrester tests can thus be printed out and processed in a protocol with date, time and other identification.
In addition to CHECKMASTER, a case with space for six test adapters is also available in the same design.
